This is a pair of butter pats/coasters in the Merry Christmas pattern produced by Johnson Brothers from a hand engraving between 1958-1995 and made in England. These depict a cozy winter scene with a decorated fireplace and a Christmas tree, and are perfect for holding your cups with festive flair. They can also be used as jewelry or trinket trays or stick a magnet on the back and turn them into seasonal decor for your refrigerator. This pattern is discontinued. These are in excellent vintage condition with some minor age related crazing.
