Johnson Brothers Friendly Village Butter Pats Coasters, Set of 2, Made in England, 4.25”

This is a pair of butter pats/coasters in the Friendly Village pattern produced by Johnson Brothers from a hand engraving between 1958-1995 and made in England. "The Friendly Village" pattern depicts an idyllic winter snow scene with a red covered bridge done in a brown transferware with polychrome color on a creamy background. These are perfect for holding your cups with festive flair. They can also be used as jewelry or trinket trays or stick a magnet on the back and turn them into seasonal decor for your refrigerator. This pattern is discontinued. These are in excellent vintage condition with some minor age related crazing.
